Guide’s Opinion: Malden is one of the many Massachusetts towns that has been hit hard by the foreclosure wave but these statistics indicate that at least on a quarter over quarter basis the local real estate market is quite stable.  There was little change to either sold or on-market statistics.  Considering the expectations I would describe this as a glowing report of Malden’s real estate market.
