2. Get Pre-Qualified
   Get pre-qualified by one of our preferred lenders. A pre-qualification letter will give you an advantage over competing home-buyers when you make an offer and it will also help you narrow your price range.


3. Tour Homes in Person
   Tour homes in person at public open houses. If a home doesn't have a scheduled open house just let us know. We will schedule and accompany you on a private tour. Tours are free and require no commitment.


4. Make An Offer
   When you find a home that’s right for you we will help you evaluate the price, construct an offer and negotiate a deal. You can even start the offer process right from our website.


5. Close The Deal, Get A Rebate
