The Territory Real Estate Team represents home-buyers exclusively. Unlike most real estate agents, we don't have a vested interest in steering you towards one property versus another. We cater to your needs, drawing on our powerful real estate expertise and our proven negotiating skills to secure the home you love at the best price possible.
When you sign up for an account with Territory, you'll have the opportunity to browse thousands of home listings and to read our exclusive neighborhood information. Throughout the search process, you'll have access to our team of Territory Guides - salarIed, licensed real estate agents skilled in the following areas:
- Local Knowledge - Territory Guides are assigned geographically so they know the ins and outs of each neighborhood. Your Guide will accompany you on tours and will identify the strengths and weaknesses of each neighborhood and property.
- Data Analysis - Once you've found the property that's right for you, your Guide will conduct a data-driven evaluation of the local market conditions and of the property's value.
- Purchase Process - Your Guide will collaborate with you throughout the entire purchase process. They will write offers, negotiate prices, and coordinate the hiring of home inspectors, attorneys, and mortgage brokers.
Your Territory Guide will be an indispensable resource throughout the entire purchase process but they won't repeatedly contact you. We don't embrace the hard sell approach used by so many real estate agents. All of our Guides are salaried professionals so they don't receive a commission for “selling??? you a home. Our Guides’ sole responsibilities are to ensure that you make an educated decision and that you get the best price possible.
